Partners Bank has announced Fred Wood has joined the Company as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel & Strategic Initiative Officer. Most recently Fred served as a partner and general counsel for DD&F Consulting Group, specializing in mergers and acquisitions.
“Fred brings over two decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business executive,” stated Vance St. Columbia, President and Chief Executive Officer at Partners Bank. “His expertise in banking and in strategic initiatives will allow us to create more shareholder value and assist us in our mission to continue to grow the bank,” St. Columbia added.
Wood joined DD&F Consulting Group in 2013. He founded Cornerstone Business Advisors in 2007. Previously, he co-founded Boomerang Car Wash where he served as Chief Operating Officer, was President and CEO of World Lynx Internet, and was Legal Counsel/Senior Operations Consultant/Marketing Director at Alltel Wireless.

Wood received a BA in Government from William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA and a Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School. He is a native of Cabot, Arkansas.
