Partners Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Vance St. Columbia as our President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Since April 2022, Vance has served as the Interim President & CEO, as well as an Executive Vice President & Midsouth Regional President. Vance has worked for the bank for 10 years and served as a Director for 7 years. During this time, Vance has continued to strive for the betterment of the company.
“Partners Bank is fortunate that Vance has accepted the role to lead the company as we continue to grow and prosper in 2023,” stated Harry Stephens, Partners Bank Chairman of the Board. “Vance has a wealth of knowledge and experience in banking, which adds to our mission to strengthen and grow the company,” Stephens added.
Vance is a past president of the Phillips County Chamber of Commerce, and the Helena Rotary Club. He currently serves as the chairman of Helena Regional Medical Center board. Vance is a native of Helena, Arkansas.
“It has been a privilege to be a part of the growth and partnership of Partners Bank for the past 10 years,” St. Columbia stated. “I am humbled for the opportunity to serve in this capacity and look forward to serving our communities,” St Columbia added.
Vance is a graduate of Delta State University with a Business Administration degree and a graduate of the Barret School of Banking.
